A voice notepad that turns thinking out loud into a map of every decision - and the road not taken.

Speech is linear, but thinking isn't. Every real decision is a fork -"we could do this, or that" - and every existing capture tool flattens that branching into a straight line, losing the alternatives and the reasoning the moment they're spoken. Fork listens differently: hold Space and talk, and each "or" splits your note into branches on a canvas, auto-titled and traceable. Dead ends stay visible next to what won. Hand someone the note and they don't just get the conclusion -they get the conversation that led there.

Problem

When a meeting ends, the decisions get written down - but the alternatives that were considered, and the reasons they were rejected, are lost the moment they're spoken.

Solution

Start with "or." Trace every decision back to the thought that started it.

OR-1 listens while you think out loud and, every time you say "or," splits your note into visible branches — each one auto-titled so you can read the map at a glance, so the alternatives, the dead ends, and the reasoning stay on the canvas, and any decision can be traced back through every node that led to it.

End-to-End Demo

Watch the full demo - a spoken meeting becomes a decision map, in one unedited take

Designed in code, not in Figma.

No Figma file — just notepad sketches, reference photos of real tape recorders, and design done directly in the running app: describe the component, review a mock, correct it, ship the spec to a coding agent. Every screenshot became the next iteration's reference.

The enterprise use case

The image on the left is what a spoken sales deal review looks like in OR-1: five forks  contract, incentive, champion, format, timing  ending in one decision. The rejected discount is still on the canvas with the reason it died. That's the handoff: not a summary, the whole conversation.
